PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the poor recognition on approaching a vehicle such as an automobile from the circumference, for example, a back side, of a walker who is the weak in traffic such as old people, a visually handicapped person and an aurally handicapped person during walking on a central part of a road having no footpath, even in the presence of the warning such as the sounding of a horn, the flickering of a headlight, and the change of the brightness of the light.;SOLUTION: This ornament incorporating a vehicle approach informing function for the weak in traffic, holds a function capable of sensing an unspecified or specified signal transmitted from the vehicle, converting the signal into a specific output signal as an input signal, and informing the approaching of the vehicle to the weak in traffic, walking on the road.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
