PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly distribute image information that is instantly photographed with the digital camera function of a portable telephone and a portable information terminal and transmitted by e-mail from a provider side to a demander side by e-mail by constructing a network of an unspecified majority of image information providers and connecting the image information demander and the provider of the image information with an on-line system.;SOLUTION: Image information providing members and demander members are acquired by performing announcement activities by using wide-ranging advertisements, media, etc. The social role of this system is widely announced to request understanding from all parties concerned by releasing to the public the information of cases, accidents, crimes, disasters, etc., which has been solved or helped with information such as the buying and selling results of image copyright and image information sent by members.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
