PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem for a poor external appearance of a construction material, a loss of a latent heat absorption function in accordance with a lowering of a retentive function or the like when an organic material or the like stains on a surface of the construction material after applying a ceramic construction material with water retentivity using a zeolite powder as a main raw material.;SOLUTION: A water retentivity sintered material is composed of forming zinc oxide by coating zinc acetate, having high solubility in water, on a surface of a sintered material with water retentivity, which uses the zeolite powder as the main raw material, and carrying out a thermal treatment at 600°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
