PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic member provided with a film having excellent removability of living pollutants, and excellent adhesion to a substrate.;SOLUTION: This plastic member readily removing the living pollutants is obtained by forming a cured film prepared from an antifouling film-forming coating composition comprising (A) a hydroxyl group-containing siloxane polymer obtained by copolymerizing (a) a siloxane macromonomer represented by general formula (1) (R¹ denotes a 1-10C alkyl group; R² denotes a bivalent hydrocarbon group; R³ denotes hydrogen atom or methyl group; and m is a number of 6-300) and/or a siloxane macromonomer represented by general formula (2) (R⁴ and R⁷ denote each hydrogen atom or methyl group; R⁵ and R⁶ denote each a bivalent hydrocarbon group; and an is a number of 6-300) with (b) a hydroxyl group-containing vinyl monomer and (c) other unsaturated monomers, (B) a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin, (C) a high-molecular weight hydroxyl group-containing acrylic resin and (D) a polyisocyanate cross linking agent on a surface of a plastic molded product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
