METHOD FOR RETRIEVING INFORMATION CORRESPONDING TO MULTI-LANGUAGE BY USING COMPUTER NETWORK AND RETRIEVAL /TRANSLATION TOOL BAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to readily retrieve and acquire foreign information as if the information is a home page of his (or her) own language even in the case of retrieving a web page of a foreign language. SOLUTION: A URL or a retrieving keyword is inputted from a client terminal to output a translation request, the web page of the URL having contents consisting of a source language or the web page of a retrieved result consisting of the source language is translated into a target language in accordance with the translation request outputted from the client terminal and the web page translated into the target language is transmitted to the client terminal. A retrieval/translation tool bar is added to the web page translated into the target language and the bar added web page is returned to the client terminal. The tool bar has at least either one of the input part of the URL and that of the retrieving keyword and an execution button.
