PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting a hood for business and the hood capable of being carried into a kitchen with a narrow space, installed by two workers, transported by using a truck for a mixed loading delivery.;SOLUTION: The mounting method for the hood for business use suspended from a ceiling in the kitchen of a restaurant and opened downward to discharge smoke and heat below and in its vicinity to the outside, comprises the steps of suspending plurality of suspending fitments 10 from a ceiling surface; hanging a top plate 1, having a locking means 1A at the peripheral edge from at the suspending fitment 10; locking a plurality of side plates 2-5, having a means C to be locked with at the lock means 1A of the top plate 1, provided at an upper end part and suspended from the peripheral edge of the top plate 1 respectively at the top plate 1, so as to lock the means C to be locked with the lock means 1A; and fixing the locked side plates 2-5 by a fastening means 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
