PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow space isolating member capable of efficiently improving properties of a hollow structure.;SOLUTION: The hollow space isolating member 10 is composed of foamed bodies 16h, 17h being formed from foaming substrates 16, 17 in a hollow space 2 of the hollow structure 1p and isolates the hollow space 2 with the foamed bodies 16h, 17h. The first foaming substrate 16 that forms the foamed body 16h isolating inside of a cylindrical body 15 is arranged at the inside of the cylindrical body 15 being disposed along the length of the hollow space 2. The second foaming substrate 17 that forms the foamed body 17h isolating between wall surfaces of the cylindrical body 15 and the hollow space 2, is arranged at outside of the cylindrical body 15. The foamed body 16h made of the first foaming substrate 16 and the foamed body 17h made of the second foaming substrate 17 have different characteristics.
