PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading weight measuring method and its loading weight measuring device capable of acquiring the accurate weight of a measuring object itself, and improving and stabilizing the measurement accuracy.;SOLUTION: The weight of the whole of loading trays 8 of a conveyer 2 where leeks A are loaded is measured by a weight measuring device 13 constituting this loading weight measuring device 1, and its measured weight information is outputted to a measurement control device 25. The periphery B of a peak of a weight waveform acquired from every loading tray 8 by the measurement control device 25 is sampled a prescribed number of times, and measured weight values at a plurality of points are averaged around the highest weight value P1 included in a specified sampling range C where sampling is performed, and comparison operation (subtraction) between the average measured weight value and a reference weight value stored in a comparison information storage device 21 is executed, to calculate the weight of the leek A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
