METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING DOME ROOF OR SPHERICAL ZONE ROOF ON ROOF OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a dome roof or a spherical zone roof on a roof of a building.;SOLUTION: In a ridge portion of the dome roof and the spherical zone roof on the building roof, two ridge girders 12 are connected to semicircular ridge beams 13. The dome roof or the spherical zone roof can be provided by an approach directly suspending across rafters with radiuses of curvature the same as a radius of spherical curvature from pole plates 15 or rafter receiving beams 14 to the ridge girders 12 and the semicircular ridge beams 13. Even if a scale of the building is increased, enlarging a building planar radius and increasing the allocated number of rafters, the rafters can be attached even if the rafters of the roof concentrate in a vertex of a sphere by increasing circumferential lengths of the semicircular ridge beams 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
