PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common purchase transaction system in which both a seller and a buyer easily perform transactions.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a network 1, a seller 3 and buyers 2 connected to the network 1 and a mediating server 5 that is connected to the network 1, receives information about a common purchase transaction through the network 1 and processes the common purchase transaction. The mediating server 5 receives the information of a selling time limit about merchandise to be subjected to a transaction by the common purchase transaction transmitted together with the information about the common purchase transaction from the seller 3 of the common purchase transaction, receives the information of a purchase time limit about the merchandise to be subjected to the transaction by the common purchase transaction, which is transmitted together with the information about the common purchase transaction from the buyer 2 of the common purchase transaction, and processes the common purchase transaction on the basis of these pieces of received information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
