PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means judging whether a command of a program is feasible or not. SOLUTION: Feasibity information indicating whether the command is feasible or not in a state exists, and whether the command which is an object for judgement is feasible or not on the basis of a current state is judged (S115). The current state is updated based on the command, which his the object for judgement (S135). These processes are sequentially made in terms of the command in the program.
