PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the precise point returning of taxi fares.;SOLUTION: When a taxi arrives at the destination and the crew presses the alighting button of an input part 20, an input control part 18 reports alighting to a fare calculating part 16. On the basis of a travel distance and travel time after reaching the relevant fare, the fare calculating part 16 calculates fares for non-traveling. The fare calculating part 16 defines the relevant fares for non-traveling as an additional point and reports the relevant additional point to a card control part 14. The card control part 14 requests the read of a cumulative point to a card inside a card holder 12. The card reports the relevant cumulative point to the card control part 14. The card control part 14 adds the additional point to the cumulative point, newly defines the result as a cumulative point and requests the write of the relevant cumulative point to the card.
