PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmentally symbiotic retaining wall block used for the bulkhead of a river, coast, and lake, or for a retaining wall on the sloped surface of a road and park.;SOLUTION: This block is formed of a wall, a rear wall, right and left side walls, and a bottom plate. The rear part of the bottom plate is opened and, when the block is stacked, water is drained from the opening. Thus, water is hard to be accumulated in the block.
