PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a customer having restrictions on going out for his/her own house can hardly purchase merchandise or receive a service provision and that a service provider such as a retail shop can not easily perform on-line advertisement by using a moving image and sound data.;SOLUTION: The information server 21 of the retail shop 10 can distribute timely multi-address advertisement and individual product explanation contents to the customer terminal 33 of a user's house 30 via a communication line utilizing a fixed radio station (communication device center station 11, communication device slave station 31, etc.). The user's house 30 accesses the server 21 of the retail shop 10 from the customer terminal 33 requests the catalog of products handled by the retail shop 10 and makes an order request for merchandise. The retail shop 10 connects to the server 21 by using an operation terminal 26 and delivers merchandise according to the order request. Merchandise/information introducing by animation/detailed image and a merchandise order system by radio communication are combined to provide merchandise delivery to the user's house 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
