PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide currency which is conveniently carried, easy to manage, and small in risk, a method for issuing electronic money, electronic money, an electronic money issuing server, a user terminal, and an electronic money issuing system method.;SOLUTION: The method for issuing electronic money has a stage 1114 where issuer specification information specifying an issuer is inputted from a user terminal, a stage 1104 where an issued amount is inputted from the user terminal, a stage 1104 where a specific settlement period is inputted from the user terminal, and a stage 1114 where a reservation based upon the mentioned inputted issued amount is made for one or more substantial facts by linking the mentioned inputted issuer specification information with the mentioned substantial facts belonging to the issuer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
