PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugate plate roofing and a roofing structure capable of solving such a fact that the conventional roof structure for tile roofing uses a large number of nails for nailing 'a wooden lath' or 'a venner' as a spacer necessary for forming a drain in order to make rain water entered from a gap of a tile flow to an eaves side to result in time-consuming work and that a drainage function is not still sure.;SOLUTION: One surface of a waterproofing treated base paper 3 is coated with a friction reinforced membrane 5 containing fossil powder of a shell, and a lining paper 7 is stuck on the other surface to the corrugate plate roofing 1 is manufactured while processing the coated base paper by the corrugate plate. The corrugate plate roofing 1 is so laid on a roof board 25 that a groove 9 thereof is extended in the same direction as the direction of inclination of the roof, tile battens 29 are nailed thereon, and the tile 31 is put thereon. Accordingly, since the corrugate plate roofing 1 itself has the groove 9 as the drain, a limitless number of drains are ensured under the tile battens 29, and the rain water is surly led to the edge of eaves through the groove 9.
