PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a online purchase work management system where many clients can perform each purchase work management procedure for ordering articles, etc., via the Internet and in the same processing procedure as that applied when its own corporate system is used. SOLUTION: In this online purchase work management system 1, every client device 5 (1) can be connected to a purchase work management device 3 via the Internet 6. A purchase work management code 51, a purchase work management slip form 52 and a purchase work management data processing system 53 are stored and held by a data base server 12 of the management device 3. The ordering procedure of every client is performed in response to the code 51 included in the client and in the system 53 and slip form 52 included in the client. Thus, every client can perform its ordering work, etc., in the same processing procedure as that applied when its own corporate purchase work management system is used.
