PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent double reservation by processing reservation from users in real time.;SOLUTION: This facility reserving system is connected to both terminal devices 21 and 22 of the users wishing to use a facility and terminal devices 31 and 32 of a facility provider for providing the facility via a communication network 40, and renews a facility information database 122 when receiving reservation deciding information from the users, and transmits reservation confirming information to the terminal devices 21 and 22 of the users, and can transmit user information and reservation information on the reserved facility to the terminal devices 31 and 32 of the facility provider.
