PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional wall has no character and is not interesting.;SOLUTION: A wall structure which is characteristic and expressive and has not been obtained conventionally is realized by building up a wall material containing fibers for plastering on a substrate member to leave its surface in projecting and recessed conditions, spraying the wall material containing fibers for plastering, burning fibers for plastering appearing on its surface, attaching and exposing a decorative material and a decorative device on its surface, raising fibers for plastering like beards on its surface, forming cracks intentionally, making a pattern of the substrate member appear on its surface, drawing characters and patterns by sandblasting, attaching traces caused by pressing a desired raw material, and bonding fibers of Japanese paper and pigment. In a lighting equipment cover according to this invention, the wall material is applied on a surface of a net to prevent all meshes from being blocked so that light leaks from meshes which are not blocked.
