PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sedimentation and separation chamber compact in tank (or chamber) capacity and having good sedimentation and separation capacity, and a sludge concentration tank and a sewage cleaning tank both of which are equipped with the sedimentation and separation chamber.;SOLUTION: The sedimentation and separation chamber 1 is provided with peripheral walls 8 and 10 provided with a sewage inflow port 2 and an outflow port 7, inclined bottom surfaces 10a and 10b having opening 12 at the lower end parts thereof and the flooding weir 6 connected to the outflow port 7 and the flooding weir 6 is formed so as to protrude toward the sewage inflow port 2.
