PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam end joint part structure of an H-shape steel beam capable of securing the strength of a flange of the H-shape steel beam provided with a rib material for mainly reinforcing a web, and improving the structure yield strength of a beam end joint part forming a plastic hinge area of a beam.;SOLUTION: In this beam end joint part structure of a H-shape steel beam, a beam end joint part 29 of the H-shape steel beam 27 joined to a steel pillar 23 having a hollow section is provided with the rib material 30 joined to the web 22 by welding. The sectional areas of the flanges 24a, 24b of the beam end joint part 29 are made larger than that of the general part of the beam 27, and the rib material 30 is joined and welded to the flanges 24a, 24b outside the flange small end 24c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
