PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily joining a circular steel pipe post and a steel beam having an H-shaped section to each other and secure the quality in a reversed construction method.;SOLUTION: In this skeleton of a building steel structure, a diaphragm 3 is used for joining the circular steel pipe post 1 and the steel beam 2 having the H-shaped section. Two or more diaphragms 3 are combined and joined to be fitted to the outline of the circular steel pipe post 1. A bolt hole 4 is provided for joining a flange part 2A of the steel beam 2 having an H-shaped section, and the beam flange 2A is joined to the diaphragm 3 by a bolt 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
