PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a tradition housing land which is reclaimed by blocking it out obliquely, but it is difficult to acquire a satisfactorily spacious garden in a southern space of the housing land and since a garden formed in the southern space of a house in the northern housing land is likely to become roughly a triangular shape, such a land is hard to use.;SOLUTION: An oblong reclaimed land 1 in plan view is divided into a plurality of plotted-out land 3.3... by an obliquely-inclined borderline which is obliquely inclined at a certain.angle against a right and left direction. In 3a and 3b housing lands which are obtained by plotting out a plurality of reclaimed lands 3 into two separate hosing lands of an upper part and a lower part with individual back-boundary line 11, the back-boundary line 11 is arranged in a flying geese pattern by inclining it in roughly a perpendicular direction against an inclined borderline 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
