PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a heat insulator is disposed on the outer periphery of a pipe supporting device and urethane foam expanding agent or an expanding system urethane adhesive is injected and expanded in a clearance between adjacent parts of the pipe supporting device and the heat insulator, the expanding agent contacts with the cold pipe supporting device A to prevent sufficient expansion, sufficient urethane foam cannot be obtained, and thus joining of the pipe supporting device with the heat insulator is insufficient.;SOLUTION: A heat insulating member 9 is mounted around a pipe supporting body 4 of the pipe supporting device A for supporting a cold fluid transporting pipe 1 with the pipe supporting body 4, and a clearance between adjacent parts of the heat insulator 2 covering the cold fluid transporting pipe 1 and the pipe supporting device A is filled with the expanding agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
