PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure, a cabinet apparatus, and an electronic apparatus whereby excessive distortion hardly causes a damage when a cabinet made of a resin is attached to a chassis.;SOLUTION: In the structure for attaching the cabinet 1 to the chassis 2 having a flat surface 23 and side surfaces 21 connected to both ends of the flat surface 23, the cabinet 1 has a front face 10 for covering at least the flat surface 23 and the end faces of the side surfaces 21, cabinet side surfaces 11 respectively inserted into the side surfaces 21 of the chassis 2, and a cabinet flat surface 13 inserted into the flat surface 23 of the chassis 2. A guide convex part 13b is provided so as to protrude in the same direction as protruding parts 11b and serve as a guide when the cabinet 1 is attached to the chassis 2.
