PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that electrical noise is caused by static electricity which may be generated on the anti-returning piece because of electrical charge accumulated on it.;SOLUTION: The game ball anti-returning member is provided with a fitting member which is mounted on an end of an inner rail laid on a game board and an anti-returning piece of an elastic body whose base is fixed to the fitting member and whose end on the opposite side to its base extends out toward an outer rail laid outside the inner rail. In this case, the anti-returning piece is composed of a member exhibiting conductivity and is conducting from the base to the inner rail. By connecting the inner rail composed of a member exhibiting conductivity to the ground, the electrical charge from the anti- returning piece to the ground through the inner rail. Accordingly, even if electrical charge is generated on the anti-returning piece, it is not accumulated and no static electricity is generated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
