PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset noise eliminating circuit of an accumulator type device for detecting chemical and physical phenomenon capable of carrying out the detection with super-high sensitivity by adding the reset noise eliminating circuit to a accumulative sensor.;SOLUTION: The reset noise eliminating circuit of the accumulator type device for detecting chemical and physical phenomenon includes a capacitance 13 that pre-stores a level of potential generated during the period when a floating diffusion area is reset, a capacitance 14 that stores potential varied by a signal generated by accumulating signals corresponding to the change of the chemical and physical phenomenon onto the floating diffusion area at plural times, and a circuit that levels the potentials of the two capacitance 13, 14 by applying a capacitor resetting signal VRST1 before the accumulated signal is applied. Then, the difference of the potential level between before the accumulation and after the accumulation is read, and thereby the reset noise is eliminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
