PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a resin roll sheet formed while being stretched is to be heated/molded, the sheet is curled during heating and shrunk during cooling.;SOLUTION: The resin roll sheet S, which was stretched during being formed, is conveyed by a conveyer 50 to the outlet side of a heating device 20 while being clamped to keep its width, conveyed with a clamp position narrowed in a molding apparatus 30, and conveyed with the clamp position narrowed further in a trimming apparatus 40. In this way, even when the sheet S is shrunk in the width direction by cooling, the increase of tension in the width direction can be controlled, the molding in the molding apparatus 30 is smoothed, and the dislocation of trimming in the trimming apparatus 40 can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
