PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by allowing a crane operation and a moving operation of a lower running body in a upper operation room for crane work and eliminating requirement that a worker goes down from the upper operation room to an outrigger and jack cylinder operation part on the lower side for operation similarly to the conventional operation or a spectroscopic work of the jack cylinder, and to reduce cost by eliminating a carrier type lower running body of a purchased article and using a crawler belt type running body, namely a crawler type running body, as the lower running body to share different models of lower running bodies.;SOLUTION: This wharf tower crane comprises the lower running body comprising the crawler belt type running body, a turnable turning body over the lower running body, and the tower crane provided on the turning body.
