PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel secrecy evidence deposition method which is capable of assuring safety by the uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics and is capable of sufficiently maintaining reliability while a large-scale quantum computer is not realized and a recording medium recorded with a secrecy evidence deposition program. SOLUTION: The particles or particle systems having the four quantum mechanics states orthogonal with each other are subjected as information carriers to encoding of bit information by a method suitable to these quantum states and the measurement of the quantum states of the information carriers received by the suitable method is carried out, by which the results of the measurement are obtained. The probability that the elucidation of the bit values subjected to secrecy evidence deposition is resulted and the probability that the change of the bit values afterward on the signal transmission side is resulted are asymptotically approximated to zero by using the many information carriers in this case, by which the secrecy evidence deposition method assured of the safety by the uncertainty principle of the quantum mechanics is built.
