PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain latest personal information through a network without repeating complicated input work. SOLUTION: Without holding, that is downloading, the personal information such as address book data in the information terminals of respective persons except for an identifier related to the personal information, the personal information is unitarily updated and managed in a center server and the personal information is directly perused in the terminal based on the identifier. The personal information stored in the center server is updated only by the individual and an item accepted by the individual is displayed at the information terminal accepted by the individual for the information.
