PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/system for setting a fee for utilizing an outdoor facility by which canceling because of rainy weather is performed simply without being conscious of a cancellation charge and customers are secured without being influenced by rainy weather by reducing the fee for utilization in rainy weather.;SOLUTION: Rainy probability is divided into a plurality of steps and the discount ratios of the fee for utilizing the outdoor facility are set to respective steps. These discount ratios of the fee for utilizing the outdoor facility of each step are registered in a utilization fee discount ratio database 51. When receiving reservation entry for utilizing golf links from a user through a user terminal 1, a server 5 for golf links retrieves the database 51 by the rainy probability obtained from a server 9 for Meteorological Agency, obtains the discount ratio of the fee for utilizing the outdoor facility corresponding to the step of the rainy probability and sets this obtained discount ratio to a fee for utilizing the golf links of the user.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
