PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech aid facility and a speech relay aid system that allow participants whose desired terms are matched to make a speech with each other by using speech available devices such as phone, portable phone and Internet phone while the participants cannot know their contact places in this case.;SOLUTION: The facilities of this invention store and register participant information including speech available contact place information at least such as a telephone number or a URL used by each participant, desired terms of opposite participant with which each participant desirably makes a speech and identification information created corresponding to each participant that cross-references with each participant, retrieve and extract the participant information including matched terms among a plurality of the stored and registered participant information items (conduct so-called matching processing) and conduct processing of making a speech between participants in cross- reference with the participant information extracted through the matching processing on the basis of the contact place information in the participant information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
