PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system whereby an apartment house manager can select specifications for interior design and the outward appearance of rental apartments which have fitted the manager's desired locations and conditions, and which provides information necessary for managing an apartment, such as a rental of the selected rental apartment with easy procedures.;SOLUTION: The system has a drawing means 1 which draws up a plan for a land according to entry conditions based on its shape, length, angle and direction entered by an applicant R for building an apartment. Based on the drawn-up plan, the rental apartment with the maximum number of houses is selected. The basic pattern of the selected rental apartment is displayed on the screen R1 of the terminal of the applicant R.
