PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To granulate a general waste type plastic (mixed plastic), which is mass-discarded, and of which the treatment is difficult by pre-treating it without sorting depending on the configuration or the material, and form a granular formed article for an industrial furnace or a reaction furnace. SOLUTION: This recycling process method includes a loosening process, a first impurity removing process, a crushing process, a second impurity removing process, a pulverizing process, a separating process, and a granulating process. In the loosening process, a crushing treatment (loosening) at a light degree is applied. In the first impurity removing process, impurities are removed. In the crushing process, the plastic is crushed to a specified grain size. In the second impurity removing process, remaining impurities are removed from the crushed pieces. In the pulverizing process, a pulverizing treatment is performed. In the separating process, chlorine containing plastic and remaining impurities are removed. In the granulating process, a granulating treatment is performed, and a granular plastic formed article is prepared. In the recycling process method, a process wherein crushed pieces are dried is added. In addition, the granulated plastic is forcibly cooled, and the grain size stability and the strength are increased. The granulation is performed by a softening/melting-extrusion molding of the crushed pieces. In the mixed plastic, one for which the capacity is reduced, and a compression packing treatment is applied, is fed to the loosening process. Thus, the granular formed article, which has a grain size distribution and strength being suitable for the blowing into a furnace, is manufactured.
