PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud bolt which is economically and easily installed on a member.;SOLUTION: The stud bolt comprises a bolt body 11 disposed on one face side of a circuit board 201, a hole fitting part 12 which is formed with a smaller cross-section as compared with that of the bolt body continuing from one end face therefrom located on the axis and is fitted in the hole formed penetrating from one face side to other face side of the member and has a non-circular cross-sectional shape to perform an anti-rotation function against the hole, and a caulking part 13 which is formed continuously from the tip of the hole fitting part along the axis of the bolt body and is pressed toward the other face of the member in the protruded condition toward the other face side of the member causing plastic deformation, wherein further a folding aperture 14 which penetrates through the hole fitting part from the caulking part to the other end face of the bolt body is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
