PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the actual condition of disturbing dissemination of a video telephone because the charge is currently expensive.;SOLUTION: In the video telephone whose transmitting side, repeater station, and receiving side are connected by a communication means, an image is picked up by the transmitting side to transmit it through the communication means to the repeater station, the image transmitted is transmitted in the receiving side through the communication means, and thus the video is obtained. Simultaneously, a commercial image is composed in the image of the transmitting side, the repeater station or the receiving side and a composite image is made into a video of the video telephone. A commercial income from a sponsor who provides the commercial image is obtained, and the commercial income is appropriated to the telephone charge.
