EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD, EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT RELAY SERVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carefully through out service regarding a facility and an equipment installed on it while reducing a cost of a service provider and an owner of the facility. SOLUTION: There installed are sensors 40 and the meters 32, 34 to capture a status of the facility, an area in it and equipment and others, a gateway controller 22 to receive intermediately an information from the sensors installed on the facility through a local network and an equipment management relay server 16 connected to the gateway controller through a global network. The information captured by the sensors is converged to the gateway controller 22, then, transmitted to the equipment management relay server 16. These information is selected and transmitted to a server 26 of a service provider from the equipment management relay server 16.
