PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal input resume device for moderating the communication between a portable telephone, or a portable terminal and an information server to improve the data input work efficiency from the portable telephone or the portable terminal to the information server, and a record medium recording a terminal input resume program.;SOLUTION: On receiving a transmit telegram, when a resume application decision processing part 16 determines that the transmit telegram transmitted from a client terminal is a telegram to which a resume function is applied by a resume application table 14 and a business procedure defining table 16, a telegram processing part 17 executes a resume function. In the resume function, if business in the course of execution and service are recorded in a profile table 18, the state to be resume is determined, and the telegram processing part 17 transmits in a batch transmit telegraphs in the midway of the step for the business and service recorded in the profile table 18 to an information server 7.
