PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server monitor system, a monitor computer, a computer for a monitor center, and a recording medium which can speedily and accurately grasp fault occurrence, performance, and operation states, etc., of a server at the remote monitor center by installing the monitor computer and transmitting and receiving information by connecting the monitor computer and the computer for the monitor center via a network.;SOLUTION: The system comprises a monitor computer 2 for monitoring a server 11 and a computer 3 for the monitor center and allows the monitor computer 2 and the computer 3 for the monitor center to monitor the server 11 by sending and receiving information via the network 5. The system has a function of monitoring a fault of the server 11, a function of monitoring the operation application of the server 11, a function of monitoring the process state of the operation application, a function of monitoring the performance of the server 11, a function of generating a report on the operation state of the server 11, and a function of sending the report on the operation state of the server 11 to a system-administrator's computer 16 of the server 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
