PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein national problems in Japan currently are diseases such as cancer, cardiac diseases, apoplexis, shoulder stiffness, lumbago, high blood pressure, hyperlipemia, obesity, pain in a knee, and pollinosis, being called the diseases caused by living ways to cause suffering or even death to money persons, and these diseases are increased by fish-flesh intake and decreased by vegetable intake (plant fibers), due to rich eating habits brought by improved economic conditions, and insufficient exercises cause these diseases, and such tendencies will continue in the future, thus shortening of even the average life expectancy of the Japanese if having no appropriate medical care.;SOLUTION: This fish flesh oven provided with the far infrared ray-largest quantity with heat generating bodies enables fat contained in fish flesh to be removed as much as possible in a cooking process. The strongest far infrared rays are put and processed into the round stones provided inside the oven and effect thereof is permanently maintained.
