PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patrol management support system for a structure which can efficiently arrange workers in maintenance management operation for performing the maintenance management of structures installed at plural points over patrol inspection.;SOLUTION: The patrol management support system comprises at least a portable terminal device 1 and a WWW server 2. The portable terminal device 1 and WWW server 2 are connected by a PHS network 5 as a radio telephone line. The WWW server is equipped with a facility patrol optimizing program processing means 21 and selects the most efficient patrol route while taking the position, inspection periods, etc., of the structures into account. An operator carrying the portable terminal device 1 patrols and inspect the structures in the route that the processing means 21 indicates, inputs inspection result data through the portable terminal device 1, and sends them to the WWW server.
