PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface lattice for emergency escape with louver type surface lattice wherein each louver plate can not be moved for preventing crimes at all times but an emergency exit can be formed by elevating each louver plate from inside of a room in an emergency.;SOLUTION: Rise and fall type surface lattice for emergency escape in which vertical inside frame plates 6 having rotary shaft holes 7 and rotary shaft vertical grooves 8 is arranged inside vertical frames 2 of a louver frame body, a plurality of horizontal louver plates 9 are arranged vertically in a Persian blind style by inserting rotary shafts 12 of the louver plates 9 in the rotary shaft holes 7 and the rotary shaft vertical grooves 8, rotary arms 14 are attached to the rotary shaft 12 projecting from the back surface 13 of the vertical inside frame plates, pivotal shafts 15 are arranged to the both ends of the rotary arms 14, foldable strips 16 are rotatably supported by the pivotal shafts 15 and the upper and lower rotary arms 14 are disposed at even intervals, a movable clamp 17 inhibiting the rotary arm 12 of the lowermost louver 9 from moving up is arranged in the indoor side of the lower horizontal frame 5 of the louver frame body, and an elevating mechanism 19 which makes the rotary arm 12 of the lowermost louver plate 9 vertically movable is arranged in the back surface 13 of the vertical inside frames.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
