PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for finding out the users of Internet retrieving functions having similar concerns on the basis of inquiries to be performed by the users, putting these users into a chat session where a topic of mutual concern can be discussed, and exchanging the inquiry character string of inquiry hit. SOLUTION: A method for judging the similarity of inquiries can be based on the analysis of an answer set so that the inquiries based on different inquiry sentence types can be compared. In another embodiment, a system for executing such a method and a computer-readable medium are disclosed.
