PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge a customer to participate in the production of an interesting article and to support the development of an article which is accepted by the market while reducing the burden of the development on an article developer.;SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a member DB16 which stores information on members as monitors of monitored articles, an applicant DB19 which stores information on applicants for the monitored articles to be evaluated by members and the monitored articles invited by the applicants, and a server 10 which send a page containing data stored in the applicant DB and member DB to terminals that the members or applicants use in response to access from the terminals and receives operation done to the page. This server 10 is equipped with a monitored article registering means 12 which registers monitored article data regarding the monitored articles invited by the applicants and a cheering control means 14 which invites cheering members providing information, articles, or actions regarding the manufacture sale of the monitored articles registered by the monitored article registering means 12 from the members and controls communication of cheering data transferred between the cheering members joining in the cheering party and the applicants.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
