After that, the organic wastes A is supplied to a stirring chamber 7 of a stirring cylinder 6 and the organic wastes A and biologically decomposing microorganism B are stirred to carry out biodegradation H of diodegradable wastes among the organic wastes A by the biologically decomposing microorganism B. In this case, a water adjusting material C is stirred with the organic wastes A and the biologically decomposing microorganism B in the stirring chamber 7 as to carry out biodegradation assisting treatment H1 of absorbing water generated at the time of the biodegradation H with the water adjusting material C, the stirring chamber 7 is dried by hot air D supplied to the stirring chamber 7 as to carry out biodegradation assisting treatment H2 of propagating the biologically decomposing microorganism B, and steam E is discharged out the stirring chamber 7 and the stirring chamber 7 is dried by the discharge as to carry out biodegradation assisting treatment H3 of propagating the biologically decomposing microorganism B.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
