PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection structure that protects packaging parts on a circuit board fitted to an electronic device such as a liquid crystal display from external force by a protection cover, and can inhibit increase in the thickness of the electronic device and the manufacturing costs as much as possible.;SOLUTION: The protection cover 1A comprises an insulating section 13 that insulates the circuit board 2 from the liquid crystal display 3, a cover section 12 that is extended from the left end of the insulating section 13 onto the electronic component-packaging surface of the circuit board 2 while the cover section 12 is bent, and is additionally extended to the right end of the circuit board 2 for covering the electronic component on the circuit board, and a hook section 5A provided by bending a tip section at the cover section 12. The hook section 5A is hung at an L-shaped hook 20 projecting at the side of the liquid crystal display 3 near the right end of the circuit board 2, or to the right end of the circuit board 2, thus preventing the cover section 12 from floating in a direction of alienation from the electronic component-mounting surface of the circuit board 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
