PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent linear springs bridged between a movable part and a fixing block from being damaged without complicating structure considerably.;SOLUTION: The outside wall 7a of a holder 7 is held by a pair of leaf spring members 17a, 17b provided in a fixing block 13. Thus, conventional unstability is dissolved and damage of the linear springs 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d in assembling or transferring is prevented by elastically restricting the holder 7 of the movable part with suitable force by the leaf spring members 17a, 17b compared to an unstable state that the movable part is moved to be suspended by the fixing block 13 through the linear springs 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d in conventional structure without the leaf spring members 17a, 17b in the state of an assembly body after the linear springs are firmly attached.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
