PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet mounted with a cell having solved such a problem that since a cell has been mounted on a garment, electric cables have made a hindrance when power is to supply to a plurality of electrical equipment mounted on a helmet, resulting in maloperability of the electrical equipment. SOLUTION: This helmet is so designed that a flexible sheet-like cell is made to adhere to the inner surface of the headwear body of a helmet, and from the cell, power is ensured to supply to a plurality of electrical equipment mounted on the helmet.
