PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-transmissible board provided with transmissibility, transparency, sound adsorbing property, and sound insulating property and a soundproof wall using the board.;SOLUTION: A transparent sound absorbing material 1 and a light transmissible sound insulating board 2 are held at a specified intervel by a panel frame body 3 and panelized to form a sound insulating board. A ventilation opening is formed on a part of the sound insulating board. The transparent sound absorbing material 1 is attached in a state that it is set afloat above the panel frame body 3 by about 5-10 mm for instance. A structure preventing dew condensation can be adapted by drilling holes on the panel frame body to form ventilation openings of slit holes or round holes so that the outside air flows in.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
